I had the same problem and replace admin.katalon.com by analytics.katalon.com to resolve the issue
I am facing issue in Activation, it was working till yesterday. i tried server url as https://analytics.katalon.com and https://admin.katalon.com. although i am able to login through browser but not from Studio. it says āPlease make sure your credentials are validā. Please help
Did you resolve the issue? If you have a paid license, please contact our support team by raising the ticket via Zendesk.
Please check with your IT team white list admin.katalon.com

I am facing same issue when I can clearly see I am logged in inside app
I tried using https://admin.katalon.com and https://analylitics.katalon.com/
I can see I am logged in but when opening app from cmd this issue is observed
also, on user details nothing happens
I have been trying to activate free trial on katalon studio to no avail.
itās refusing to log me in.
I can log in fine on katalon.com with the exact same creds but KS keeps saying āInvalid Credentialsā
how do I get past this ?
