Troubleshoot Activation Problems

I got the same error when i write https://testops.katalon.io and https://analytics.katalon.com

I am unable to activate inside katalon and i am getting the following error message like “Cannot connect to Katalon TestOps Server. Please check you internet connection and try again”. Even I have configured proxy also properly and also tried with two server URL which mentioned in this discussion. Kindly provide a solution to this issue.

Getting a License quota exceeded error when the quota has not been exceeded…Please escalate this issue as it is impacting our regressions.

I’m facing a problem since a few days. I recently upgrade to KSE & KRE 8.0.1

Every time I launch KSE online activation seems not to work an i got this screen :

If i set the credential it says that “License quota exceeded” while i’m the only one to use KSE.

Offline activation with the machine ID key file works but at next KSE session, it fails again.

any person can not active his email or the katalon do not accept email … please create an business email not personal email … i does it and successed with me …

Hi Team,
I have account with business email id which is activated.
While login into Katalon it is giving waring as ‘make sure credentials are valid’ .
I tried re-set new password twice but still facing credentials issue.
I downloaded 8.0.1 version on my Windows 10.
Please do the needful.

its showing my account is blocked when i attempt logging in to katalon site.due to this i cant install any plugins and though its installed changes doesn’t reflect on katalon studio.
could you please look into this issue

I was continuously facing this issue too. Eventually, guessed that the corporate firewall might be causing the issue and decided to try with my mobile connection (using hotspot). Guess what, it worked out for me at least. I can confirm though that I was able to login to analytics.katalon.org using web browser on my corporate network as well. It seems the API being used by the studio was being blocked by my firewall for some reason - it is a different issue that my IT admin will have to tackle with, if required.

Same issue. Can log into my account on the web. Can change pwd on web. STILL cannot activate.
changed pwd. Nope. Tried manual proxy. Nope. tried changing to HTTP. Nope. retype everything again, just in case. Nope. Socks proxy , nope.

I am using Katalon Studio Free Edition. I am wanting to introduce my organization to this Test Automation method, but cannot active it on my workstation.

I confirm that I can login to https://analytics.katalon.com and see my registered/activated user listed.
I receive no error message about ‘Machine Quota exceeded’ or other such message.

Error: Please make sure your credentials are valid.

Could the ports used for the Confirmation API be stated so I can confirm if it is a firewall issue.
Although one would expect Katalon would report a communication issue, not a credential issue in such a case.

Are you behind a Proxy server of your organization?
If yes, you need to setup 2 proxies in Katalon Studio. One for authentication as https://docs.katalon.com/katalon-studio/docs/configure-proxy.html#configure-proxy, another for testing.

After I click the activate button, even though my credentials are correct. It is saying “Please make sure your credentials are valid”. Please help!

Here’s my Katalon Studio Activation details
Server URL: https://analytics.katalon.com/
Email : My Email
Password : My Password

When I am trying to login to Katalon Studio it is saying account is blocked but I am able to login to Katalon web. I have reset the password still facing same issue.

I’m setting up Katalon Studio and can’t get past the Activation screen. The documentation doesn’t cover this error and the help message is not helpful at all. What do we need to do to get this working?
