'This account has been blocked' message is displayed when I try to activate Katalon studio

I am a new user of Katalon studio. I have downloaded version 7.7.0 on 16th September 2020 and it was working fine then. When I launched the Katalon studio today, it has prompted me ‘Katalon Studio Activation’ dialogue box and upon entering the credentials, ‘This account has been blocked’ message is displayed.
May I please know how to unblock it?

I am having the same issue. I am unable to open Katalon even though my trial started just around a week ago. Furthermore, “This account has been blocked” message is also being shown on analytics.katalon.com
