Just getting started with Katalon Studio and going through the learning content.
When completing a course, I discovered that Web Spy wasn’t functioning properly. When trying to launch the browser, the button just disappears and I’m not able to proceed. I can’t even select the button to try a different browser, it just disappears and never returns. Note launching Web Recorder works fine

Thank you for the reference guide.
In step #2, as indicated in the guide, The “Start” button disappears when I move my cursor to it to select the browser I want to launch. So I’m not able to launch any browsers at all and therefore not capture.
I’ve quit and restarted my app, with no success.
does this occur latest katalon version too?
It is the latest version, at least according to the tool. I just downloaded it yesterday.
could you please uninstall katalon studio and install it again
Interesting. For whatever reason, when I downloaded the app this time I got version 10.1.0. The issue seems to be resolved but it looks like there are multiple versions floating around the katalon site. I believe the first time I downloaded it, I got the link from an Academy page and ended up with v9.5…
