It’s been at least 2+ months our Spy Web feature has not been working. We have tried it on active browser, new browser. Also have tried firefox as well.
We tried numerous times to submit a ticket and even that is broken… the page never loads and stuck.
We know how to configure or use the tool, it stopped working for whatever reason..for all our members.
We cannot access Support portal either… the team has been trying to create a ticket for several weeks.
When we open spy tool in an new browser, the browser does not have the red highlighting that indicates the spy web is in use.
When we use it on active browser, the red highlight overlay is only displayed partially…
there’s usually a bar that displays the capture hotkeys… which is missing.

After reviewing your account on our end, we found no issues preventing you from submitting a ticket. Could you please try clearing your browser’s cache or using a different browser to access the Support Portal and see if that resolves the issue?
Also, about the Spy Web issue that you’re facing, please help to check the Extensions from the Chrome session like this image if you can see these 2 extensions or not. This helps Katalon Recorder Engine can detect the ChromeDriver session to Spy/Record the Web.
