Cannot get Organization Id

Hello, I am facing this Issue, I can not use Katalon AI Assistant for Both Generic Agent and Ask, Once i ask or generate a question it gives me that Error yet i can logged in with my Email But the Page Loads for long without stopping,

this error typically occurs because your account isn’t linked to an active Organization, or the session token is stale
the AI features require an Organization context to function. Here are the steps to fix it:

  1. Check Organization: Log into Katalon TestOps. Ensure you have an active Organization created. If you are a new user, you must create one (or start a trial) before using the AI.
  2. Refresh Session: Log out of the Katalon platform and log back in to refresh your access token.
  3. Browser Cache: Try opening the platform in an Incognito/Private window. If this works, clear your browser cache for the main session.

If the issue persists after confirming you have an Organization, please submit a support ticket so we can check the backend logs.

“Cannot get Organization ID” error blocks StudioAssist AI (Generic Agent/Ask): Needs active TestOps Organization context—trial/personal accounts lack it.

Fix Steps

  1. TestOps (testops.katalon.com) > Admin Settings > Org > Organization Management → Org ID in name column (e.g., OG-4311XX).
  2. Create Org/trial if none: + Create > Select Account.
  3. Studio: Log out/in (refresh token); use Incognito if cache issue.

Submit ticket to katalon if persists (backend check needed).

How can i Get a Ticket Because the Problem seems to be on a Higher level

I am not even able to login in the account so that i access the TestOps Environment

can you email support@katalon.com if you are paid user. Submit ticket in katalon support portal

Could you try to log in from the homepage katalon.com? There should be a login button in the right corner.

try in incognito with correct email id once please

Hello Katalon Team, Is the a Possible way to help gain access to TestOps without any other way i need to access have access so that it can help access the usage of AI Features in Katalon Studio

Issues

  1. The link runs for a long time without stopping and it is blank
  2. Before i had no access to create an Organization
    3.I had on access to some features
    I Still have some days to solve and finish some tasks in katalon studio
    In Katalon it indicates that Cannot get Organization Id

I think there is a way to solve this or help me reset.
