Cannot get Organization ID
you can try this:
Log into TestOps in your browser
Go to Settings → Organization Settings
Copy the Organization ID from there
for the Invalid Credentials error:
Make sure you’re using an API Key, not your account password
Generate a new API Key at: TestOps → Settings → API Keys → Create API Key
In Katalon Studio, go to Project → Settings → Katalon TestOps and enter:
Correct Organization ID
Valid API Key
Correct server (usually testops.katalon.io)
quick checks:
Are you using the same email for both TestOps and Katalon Studio login?
Does your account have the right permissions in that organization? (Ask your org admin if unsure)
Try regenerating the API key and let me know if it works or not
Starting with recent Katalon Studio versions (notably 11.x), email/password authentication for TestOps has been replaced by API Keys, and attempting to use passwords now results in “Invalid Credentials” or “Cannot get Organization ID” errors.
YOu can try below steps
Step 1: Get Organization ID
Log in to TestOps in a browser:
https://testops.katalon.io
Go to
Settings → Organization Settings
Copy the Organization ID
In TestOps, go to:
Settings → API Keys
Click Create API Key
Copy the generated key
In Katalon Studio → Project → Settings → Katalon TestOps, enter:
Server URL: https://testops.katalon.io
Organization ID: (from Step 1)
API Key: (from Step 2)
Do NOT use your account password
Click Apply → Fetch Projects.
How did you get to know it?
I could not find anything mentioned about this change in the Release Note v11.
It is derived from Katalon’s current documentation (which only supports API Keys for TestOps integration) combined with observed enforcement behavior in Katalon Studio 11.x, not from a single explicit Katalon announcement.
So I assume there is documentation gap

How poor it is!
I believe, making announcements is not the job of users. It is the responsibility of the product vendor.
Why Katalon doesn’t do that?

Hello @depapp , i don’t have the chance to reach that link https://testops.katalon.io but if i get to the login using email it continuously loads without stopping may be tomorrow i will use another computer and see if i can get any further.
I Tried Incognito and New Private Window in Mozilla nothing is display

It first happen whenever i tried to get in the Organization i received a notification about Account not having Access.

I have restored and started Katalon Studio but then not Opening the https://testops.katalon.io

Major things to Remember: To go the TestOps Projects
1.url link: https://ac-xxxxxxx.katalon.io/project/xxxxxxx/
not https://testops.katalon.io/
To get Katalon Studio Setting go to Projects then Katalon True Platform
Enable Katalon True Platforms Integration
Choose your Project
Then Enable Automatically Upload all test reports to Katalon True Platform
Go to Profile and look for the Organization ID = org-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Secret Key:………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
This Fixes the Issue of Invalid TestOps Credentials
