I’m getting the Runtime Exception error while trying to get answers from the Katalon AI.
com.kms.katalon.ai.core.model.exception.StudioAssistLlmApiRuntimeException: Cannot get Organization Id
Is this some known bug in Katalon Studio?
Note: I do have paid license.

Hi, could you please log out and then log back in using a browser? Also, please make sure you select the correct organization that has your license. We tested with your account, and Studio Assist is still working normally

After observing for few days, I realized that this issue comes when I choose the “Relogin” option when the session gets timed out.
After that if I logout and re-login with browser by entering email and password and selecting correct org it works.
So seems that the solution provided by @nghi.phan is a workaround to this bug in katalon studio 10.4.2
I believe it would be fixed in upcoming releases.
