I can not use Katalon AI to work (error : Cannot get Organization Id)

Our company planning to use feature AI of Katalon (Katalon AI Assistant) but when i create a trial account then setup, after adding MCP Atlassian Server to Katalon AI Assistant , i see that something wrong - Cannot get Org ID

• I ‘ve cheked solution for similar issue : Cannot get Organization Id but we don’t want to setup and use another AI like OpenAI … Can we use Katalon AI Assistant only to work with?

Hello, Try these Steps and See, You can get the Organization ID

To get Katalon Assist AI Setting go to the Settings icon then General Setting it will open a Tab then go to AI Configurations Choose

Open an Account in OpenAI

https://platform.openai.com/

Go to Profile and look for the Organization ID = org-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Secret Key:………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

This Fixes the Issue of Cannot get Organization Id

Seems like it’s an issue with the trial accounts only. In the meantime, you can try using personal keys to explore our capabilities, eg OpenAI or Gemini. See full guide here Katalon AI Assistant Preferences | Katalon Docs

@thinguyentran808 We’ll keep you updated. I think the suggestion from Stevio is how to use the personal key as a workaround. He was suggesting using personal OpenAI. If you don’t have it, using Gemini is also worth trying. Adding a personal key helps you try out all of our AI features while waiting for the fix.

You need to Purchase and Have a License, I think it is the Best way.

Katalon AI Assistant is not fully stable for trial/demo

If you want smooth demo: Try these

1. Use:-Paid or upgraded org (not trial)

2. Configure:-API Key + Org ID

3. Add:-OpenAI or Gemini key

4. Then enable: -MCP Atlassian

This gives 100% working AI Assistant experience

Hope you’re doing well. We shipped 11.1.2 today with the fix for the issue you mentioned. You can go to Katalon Studio Download | Katalon or Help > Check for updates and get the latest 11.1.2 version. You should be able to use Katalon AI Assistant with Katalon AI Service with this build onwards.
