Please follow the below steps and let me know if the problem has been resolved:
(1) Update to version 11.1.1 through the Help menu on the toolbar.
(2) Close any active instance of katalon AI and sign out of Katalon Studio.
(3) Ensure to have your AI services enabled on the True Platform “System-Configurations“ settings.
(4) Re-Login to Katalon Studio and ensure to have the license server address in the advanced settings before logging In.
(5) Once you Login please ensure to have the right katalon platform credentials inside the project settings on Katalon Studio.

To get Katalon Assist AI Setting go to the Settings icon then General Setting it will open a Tab then go to AI Configurations Choose
Open an Account in OpenAI
Go to Profile and look for the Organization ID = org-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Secret Key:………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
This Fixes the Issue of Cannot get Organization Id
