Can we use a license to perform multiple execution session in Jenkins jobs? If yes then how we can do that?

You can schedule on Jenkins job via using our CLI, see more on this document and this for Jenkins Intergration.
For running multiple Jenkins jobs sequentially, you’ll need one TestOps license only, but a KRE license will also be needed for CLI, see more here.
