Why my account is not verified after clicking on the verification link sent to my email

Hi,
I have clicked on the account verification link that sent to my email, but when I login to my account afterward it’s still not verified, and I can’t run my Katalon studio anymore.

Please check what’s wrong with my account, thanks1
