Issue in Verification of Katalon Studio

I am having trouble login into katalon.
It says “your account has been blocked. Please verify your account.”

I have requested to verify the account here - Katalon TestOps
But I am not receiving any verification email.
Please help me out here.

I tried to reproduce the issue now, i have received the verification email.

There is something wrong with your system i mean.
Please try to restart your device, and verifiy again.
