Why isn't the acceptance criteria syncing with True Platform?

I will still go ahead…

So when I connected my ADO to True Platform for requirement analysis and test cases generation, I found that the True platform does not take the details from the ‘Acceptance Criteria’ from ADO but only takes details from the ‘Description’.

Now, majority of the details are in the Acceptance Criteria field itself, and since it is not read by the agent the whole purpose of having this platform gets negated for me.

And since now it does not have a detailed context and background there is no point going ahead and creating test cases with this agent.

Is there any sort of configuration which could help me get this fixed? Or is this something that Katalon team needs to fix?

how about trying this: just copy your acceptance criteria into the Description field on the ADO work item. not great, but it gives the agent what it needs to generate decent test cases

We can do that for some User Stories but definitely not for all.

Also we cannot override what is being followed as a part of our organization policy.
