The AI tries to start execution and gets stuck in endless loop when it does not have any url to start execution.
I started manual AI execution even when no url was provided to it, but it was not intelligent enough to understand that there is no application url to start execution.
And it basically continued in same state for 2days 17 hours.
It shows for me when I have actually added a folder in the repo.
Issue 2
I am not able to add automated test case that flowed from katalon studio to Azure Repos and then in true platform and when i try to create a test suite and add that test case under that , it fails with 500 server error. pls note that my PAT has all the read and write access and i have checked it writes properly to ADO
Issue 1 : Azure DevOps PAT
True Platform requires PAT to be connected to Azure Repos. Since PAT would be retired by the end of this year by Microsoft and most organisations dont allow PAT creations in any case , how would the users be integrating this ? Does Katalon have a plan on this ?
Issue 3 , bad viewport handling
The UX UI as I have said earlier is not a good design from a users perspective and it might annoy a lot of users.
For example
If I do a inspect element and place it at the bottom , the viewport of the page and button shrink due to viewport handling and the user may not be able to click any button or do any action.
Given the hype of true platform it clearly doesnot match the standards of true platform pages in the website
Issue 4 : Attachment throwing 500 error when sync from Azure DevOps to true platform
Issue 6 , KAI Insights crashing on asking a simple predefined question
Issue 5 : Grammatical mistakes , reputation and market loss
Please check messages like these as this looks like written in a hurry paying no attention to past present or future.
When the data is synced successfully , it should ne the word "“synced” instead of “sync”

Issue 6 : Temporary Test Suites gets scheduled but doesnot run , then why it is even being scheduled
I create an automated scheduled run but temporary test suites , the schedules set properly but it never runs , is it a feature or something else ?
Observation 1
When I schedule a test run and get the report on my email and upon opening the test execution through the link in the email , it routes me to the testops website and not the true platform
Is it intentional?
IMPROVEMENT -
While asking to save the test cases there could be an option to create new folder so it is easier to segregate the test cases for each US/Requirement.

The Acceptance criteria is not fetched on katalon, only the description is fetched.

In the Plans section, every item in ADO is shown as ‘Test Cases’
When we open it, it shows correctly
Recently updated feature doesn’t work properly
All widgets don’t work in sync with the interval filter, only few shows relevant analytical data onchanging the scope of the filter.
