Subject: Tests Not Syncing to TestOps — Trial/Quota Issues and Upload Errors

I am experiencing issues with syncing my test executions from Katalon Studio to TestOps.

  • I have created a new project and linked it to TestOps, but test runs do not appear in the TestOps dashboard.

  • When running tests, I receive an error saying:
    “Your test result quota has been exceeded. Please upgrade your plan.”

  • However, I have not run 1,000 executions, and my usage shows a quota of zero.

  • I also noticed my trial appears expired, but I recently downloaded and installed Katalon Studio and linked it to TestOps.

  • I have confirmed my organization and project settings are correct, but the test execution results are still not syncing.

Could you please help clarify:

  1. Why am I seeing a quota exceeded error if I have not exceeded usage limits?

  2. How do I properly activate or renew the trial or free plan for my organization?

  3. How can I troubleshoot or fix the syncing issue between Katalon Studio and TestOps?
