TestOps quota error while my quota is full

Dear community ,

I am running a test collection through Git hub action and I received this error :

Katalon TestOps: Unexpected response, URL: https://testops.katalon.io/api/v1/katalon/test-reports/update-result?projectId=1423873, Status: 400, Response: {"timestamp":"2024-05-29T02:18:02.256+0000","status":400,"error":"Bad Request","message":"Your test result quota has been exceeded. Please upgrade your plan.","path":"/api/v1/katalon/test-reports/update-result"}

My quota is of 2000 test per month and is completely full as you can see:

Can someone help me with this issue? i can not access any report on testOps

Hi,

I just had a meeting with one of your colleague and I don’t have the TestOps licence that is why I have this issue.
The option upload report manually is free through TestOps? or do we need the licence as well?
