Unable to upload test results in TestOps?

Hello,
I’m just starting to use Katalon with a free license.
However, I understand that suite execution reports run in Katalon Studio can be centralized in Katalon TestOps in the Cloud, correct?
I do have access to this environment in the Cloud, but it’s empty.

Even though I haven’t managed to set up an automatic upload, when I try to download, I get this error message telling me that I’ve exceeded the quota so the DevOps portal in the Cloud has no data ??

I must admit I’m at a loss…

Thanks for your help

Katalon TestOps Trial Plan:

  • 3,500 Monthly Test Results
  • Unlimited TestOps Users
  • 5 Active Projects
    have you exceeded?

No - I don’t think so. I am below all those limits.
That is the reason why I have opened this post unless tne integration between Katalon Studion & TestOps need to have a licence somewhere ?

Do I need a Katalon Trial Plan if I ony want to test for the moment the integration of Katalon Studio with Katalon TestOps ?
It is not clear for me.
And if is the case, may be it is the reason why I can’t upload test runs done with Katalon Studio in TestOps in the Cloud f?

KSE → Separate license
KRE → Separate license

Hi @dmarette,

Thank you for sharing your issue. Have you tried to upload the test result manually and follow this guide: Upload test results from Katalon Studio to Katalon TestOps manually | Katalon Docs?

Hi,
I followed your instructions and tried to manually load the test results into TestOps.
But I get an error message. See attached screenshot.
Thanks for your support

Hi @dmarette,

If you have followed the instructions, this can be a cause for the error: Reports cannot be uploaded to TestOps successfully | Katalon Docs. More other articles for reading: https://katalon-inc.my.site.com/katalonhelpcenter/s/article/Why-the-reports-cannot-upload-to-TestOps-page-successfully. Thank you

Ensure you have a valid TestOps license. Free TestOps users can no longer upload test results.

Thank you for the confirmation I was looking for.
But, in view of this, what is it possible to do only with a “free” license in TestOps?

Hi,

I think you need a TestOps license to do so. Once you received the confirmation, I will proceed to close this thread. Thank you
