I think currently the biggest wish for me is the fix for the “unable to load global.variables”. It’s something that is compromising the usage of the tool.

Nice to have the import feature in internal data file. If we have the ability to import external excel data file into internal data files, that would be very beneficial because it is easy to create excel files where we can copy and paste multiple cells but it is not possible in Katalon internal data files.

Integration with TestRail or other Test Case Management tools in addition to qTest.

Hello,
The current implementation of Wait For Angular Load works for Angular 1.
It would be nice to have the abilty to use this for Angular 2 and 5.

In addition, a new Execute Async JavaScript would be very usefull since selenium offers this way of injecting JavaScript.

fully support for angular 5-6 as it is the new trend in implementing web apps

Currently katalon can’t mark a test case as skipped, blocked. Would be a great flexibility to be able to mark this status during test runtime.

Also,there’s no function tht allow user to terminate a test iteration at run time and move on to the next iteration …

Would love to have the flexibility built into Katalon.

Feature Request:

Add support for cross-browser/cross-device testing.

Currently it’s not possible to define a number of remote configurations and have the same test suite run on any of these configured remote configurations.

Ranorex is already supporting this scenario.

May OAuth 2 be supported any soon?
As being noted in the roadmap for Q2 2018:
- OAuth 1.0 & 2.0 authentication methods
But in 5.8.0 I seem not to find the OAuth 2.0 compatibility. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Feature request:
set a certificicate for a API request. as far as I understood this is currently not supported by Katalon (see http://forum.katalon.com/discussion/6215/how-to-set-a-certificate-for-a-api-request). Is it planed to implement that in near future?

Currently we are evaluating (and potential adoption) Katalon
Studio for our organization. We use TFS (Agile management) and MS Test Manager
(Test management). It would be great if we get the feature to integrate Katalon
with TFS/MTM (Story/Test Case level & Bug Submission).
