Hi Team,
Can we expect parallel execution in Testsuites?
I have seen that katalon will allow the parallel execution in TestSuitesCollection.
Thanks

Would be very nice to have.
Team any updates on this.?
Nantha,
Thank you so much for your suggestion and I think that the feature is useful for testers - 6 people upvoted for it :D.
It is still in our backlog. Since there are a few higher priority features on the top of the backlog now, so it might take some time more to have the feature implemented.

Thanks for the update…!!
Hi,
Is there any way where we can run a block of code after the Test Suite Collection runs?
I have a scenario where I need to create a file only once and only after all the Test Suites(Test Suit Collection) have completed their execution. Currently, I am using the TestListeners @AfterTestSuite, but it doesn’t works for me because it runs after each Test Suite.
You could have a test suite which is always the last one in your test collection, and run your block of code in the @AfterTestSuite only for this teste suite. Just an easy fix for now since there’s no “TestCollectionListener”.
Thanks Nilau for reply, But i am executing suites in parallel mode so i don’t know which one will execute in last.
Any update on this?
I worked around this but it is not perfect. I have a text file where I keep a count. My after test suite listener updates the count in the file for each suite and also checks to see if the count is equal to the number of test suites in a collection. If it is the last, executes extra steps.
