Feature/Suggestion: Adding Before and After TestSuiteCollection methods in Listener

Hi Team

Suggestion:
We are requesting to add a feature to make below methods
@BeforeTestSuiteCollection
@AfterTestSuiteCollection

Issue faced:
We wanted to create TestRun for TestRail only once the whole run but we wanted to suite specific to our business scenario.Also we wanted to run Parallel.

In this case we are in need of Before and After method that can run

Any update on this feature implementation?? Any ticket number or something keep track of the status??
