I bought the runtime engine and i struggle with the activation. Now I see that i have created an offline license whith the wrong Machine ID. I found out that I was logged in whith the wrong user. Is is possible to change that?

Hi,
I am facing similar issue when trying to launch Jenkin Jos to trigger Test Suite.
On contrary same command is working via CLI tool and not with the Jenkins job : Windows batch command.
Meanwhile I am sending an email : license@katalon.com with required details.
