Not able to connect to katalon analytics even if proxy is set

Getting below error even if proxy is set in katalon preferences:-

at org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.Main.run(Main.java:1519)
[CIRCULAR REFERENCE:com.kms.katalon.integration.analytics.exceptions.AnalyticsApiExeception: Connect to analytics.katalon.com:443 [Katalon TestOps, Katalon TestOps] failed: Connection timed out: connect]

Hi @himani.gupta3,

Could you please give us more information about your proxy settings, where and when this error happened?
Or are you still able to browse to the analytics.katalon.com on your browser?
If you still can browse to that site on your browser, maybe you should try to use “Use system proxy configuration” option.
