Can someone confirm whether this is a Katalon Server–related issue or not? Are other users experiencing the same problem with Katalon Studio and the True Platform? My team and I are all encountering this issue.

try to checking if Katalon Studio can connect outside any corporate proxy or VPN that might be blocking traffic to Katalon endpoints
