We want the Kudos Program to:

- Reward fairness & impact – no more points for spammy or low-effort activity.
- Offer better rewards – gift cards, longer licenses, and exclusive badges.
4. How to exchange your Kudos
- Once you’ve gained enough Kudos to exchange for a reward, simply fill in the form below:
- After we’ve received your request to exchange Kudos, we’ll send you a confirmation message.
- Once you’ve received your rewards, we’ll proceed to deduct the corresponding Kudos amount from your profile.
Notes:
- Each form submission will correspond to one (1) reward only. Hence, if you’d like to exchange for multiple rewards, please submit the form multiple time (provide that you have enough Kudos). Please also note that this form is only applicable to users who would like to exchange their Kudos from now until 31st October.

Earning Kudos Points
How can I earn Kudos points on the forum?
You earn Kudos points by engaging in various forum activities:
- Accepted Solution provided: 30 points
- New Topic created (question/discussion): 5 points
- Post Created (reply/comment): 5 points
- Flag accepted (valid content flag): 10 points
- Reaction received (like/upvote): 1 point
Bonus activities include:
- Product surveys: +35 points
- User interviews: +60 points
- Reporting valid bugs (“Bug Catcher”): +50 points
- Suggesting approved doc updates (“Docs Watcher”): +50 points
Points are typically added automatically, though some are reviewed manually by the community team.
I contributed on the forum—why didn’t I get any Kudos points?
If points seem missing:
- Points may take several minutes to update.
- Ensure your post is in an eligible category.
- Points only apply if the action conditions are met (e.g., solution accepted).
- The half-year reset may have cleared your old balance.
- Anti-abuse filters can remove suspicious points.
If none apply, contact a moderator for help.
Tracking Your Points and Leaderboard
How can I check how many Kudos points I have?
You can view your total Kudos points on your Profile → Summary page.
This shows your current tally and related stats, visible only to you and moderators.
What is the Kudos Leaderboard and how do I see it?
The Kudos Leaderboard ranks members by points earned in the current period.
Find it via the ☰ menu → “Kudos Board.”
It updates automatically and showcases top contributors.
How are leaderboard rankings determined?
Rankings are based on total Kudos points within the current cycle.
If there’s a tie, contributors share the same rank; the team may use tie-breakers (like solution count) only for prizes or special cases.
How often are Kudos points updated?
Points update automatically every few minutes, though the leaderboard recalculates periodically for accuracy. Manual adjustments or redemptions may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
Program Periods and Expiration
Do Kudos points expire or reset over time?
Yes. Points reset every 12 months:
Points do not carry over between periods. Unused points expire at the reset date.
Why does the program reset every 12 months?
Resets keep the leaderboard competitive and fair for new members, while ensuring everyone has a chance to earn rewards in each new period.

How do I redeem my Kudos points?
Submit the Kudos Rewards Exchange Form via the forum.
Once approved, your reward will be processed and your points deducted.
Digital rewards (licenses/TestCloud) are applied to your Katalon account; physical swag will be shipped.
Processing usually takes up to one week.
Do Kudos points or rewards ever expire?
Points expire at the end of each 6-month cycle.
Redeemed rewards remain valid for their stated duration (e.g., license period).
Fair Play & Program Policies
Are there rules to prevent abuse of the Kudos program?
Yes. Creating fake accounts, spamming, or manipulating points is strictly prohibited.
Violations can result in point removal, disqualification, or bans.
Moderators actively monitor and audit activity to maintain fairness.
What are the tie-breaker rules for the Kudos program?
