As we prepare to close out the year, we’d like to inform the community that all Kudos will be reset on 31 December 2025.

If you would like to redeem or exchange your Kudos, please make sure to take action before the reset date.

What you need to do before 31 December 2025

• Exchange your Kudos before the reset
• Post a screenshot of your current Kudos balance in this thread
• Fill out the exchange form linked in this thread [Kudos Rewards Update] – A New Chapter For Our Community

Important notes

To ensure your exchange can be processed and verified correctly:

• Your Katalon Forum username must be accurate and visible
• Your Kudos balance must be clearly shown (via screenshot or form submission)

We need this information to properly verify your account and double-check the balance during processing.

Possible scenarios for me to exchange -

Scenario 1 :

350 – $50 Gift Card

Get 1 card

Remaining 110 kudos - waste??? or carry to next year???

Scenario 2:

150 – $15 Gift Card

Get 3 cards - Total 45$ (5$ loss compared to previous scenario)

10 kudos - waste??? or carry to next year???

We run different programs and campaigns throughout the year where community members can earn Kudos, and these may change from time to time. We recommend checking the Katalon Community forum regularly so you don’t miss any upcoming opportunities.

At the moment, Kudos are not carried over to the next period, so we encourage members to use or exchange their Kudos within the current cycle.
