KRE Katalon Runtime Engine Devops License

we have a Problem with activating the KRE Devops License.
The User used a Trial-License instead of the Devops License. What is the right setup to accomplish this task.

According to your information, I notice that you have 1 KRE DevOps license already.

To activate KRE DevOps licenses, you need to

1. Make sure that you are in the registered Organization already

2. Get the apikey from Katalon TestOps like the following image
   

   

Please try to run your tests again with your apikey.
For example:
./katalonc -noSplash -runMode=console -projectPath=".../Katalon_Pratice.prj" -retry=0 -testSuitePath="***" -executionProfile="default" -browserType="Chrome" -apiKey="1a2drty-2222-5555-b888-98e59860ebcf" --config -proxy.auth.option=NO_PROXY -proxy.system.option=NO_PROXY

Since the KRE DevOps licenses only apply for cloud or virtual machines with dynamic hardware specifications (to execute tests in Docker or Azure DevOps plugin). Please refer to this link for details https://docs.katalon.com/katalon-studio/docs/intro-RE.html#devops-license

Besides, I notice that you are using Jenkins to execute tests, and this environment suit KRE Node-Locked licenses instead of the KRE DevOps ones. That’s the reason why you have received the message “Your trial has expired”.
