How to download Katalon Studio free version. I was using Katalon version 9.x enterprise trial version. Now trial ends. And its asking to download free package which I couldn’t. Also I tried Katalon studion 10.x version , but am unable to run scripts for desktop application

v10.x has limitation for Windows desktop app testing. Read the following
- If you need stable Windows Desktop testing, continue using Katalon Studio 9.x.

Katalon does not support the Free version very well. People are really confused about how the Free version is distributed. You need to dig up some tips. Tiresome to write everything here.
Please tell us what you tried and what you couldn’t.

I was using 9.x trial version. Trial period ended last week and now amnot able to login. Showing below error message

Download Katalon Studio free version from Katalon Studio Download | Katalon . Use version 9.7.6 for desktop testing, 10.x may restrict features or break older scripts. After trial ends, log in and it should switch to free mode automatically.
Clear old license data:
Delete the .katalon folder from your user directory (e.g. C:\Users.katalon).
Also delete any cached license files in AppData\Local\KatalonStudio.
Avoid version 10.x if you’re doing desktop testing, it may require Enterprise features.

Click “Download Free Edition” on that screen.
If it doesn’t work, go to katalon archives and manually download version 9.7.6 (not 10.x).
Before reinstalling, delete the .katalon folder from your user directory to clear old license data.
This should launch the free version with desktop testing support.

You want to download the archive of the Katalon studio Free version 9.7.6, which is a bit old. But, perhaps, you don’t know from which URL you can download it. This is the very first problem you need to solve.
The Katalon’s public web site does not show the link to any previous versions. I guess, Katalon wants all users to get access to the latest version only. I suppose that Katalon does not like to be bothered by those who want to stay with old versions (e.g, v9.7.6 Free).

Is this GitHub Releases page officially supported? Does Katalon commit to keep it accessible in long term in furture? I don’t know. Ask Katalon.
