Katalon Studio Enterprise Activation Troubles

Hi everyone,

Having some trouble activating Katalon Studio to the Enterprise edition.

Running Katalon Studio version: 7.6.6.-4a57585f

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

What I’ve tried:

  1. Updating to the latest Katalon (went from 7.6.1 to 7.6.6)
  2. I then tried deactivating my account in the top right and then re-logging back in.
  3. Next I tried reinstalling Katalon by re-downloading it.

I’ve searched through this here and I’m not doing anything out of boundary to this:

You need to add your account to the Registered Users section. Please follow this guide for more details: https://docs.katalon.com/katalon-studio/docs/use-online-license.html#katalon-studio-enterprise

I’ve gone by that doc. Someone in support told me I hadn’t assigned the account to myself.

Please help to verify if the license has assigned correctly from the Admin portal (https://admin.katalon.com/)

On Katalon Studio Enterprise view, register the on-demand users by adding them to the Registered Users list.

Did assigning your account to the Registered Users work ?

For Enterprise users with a private network, you may encounter a situation where you fail to execute test scripts or integrate Katalon Studio due to the network security error. Please contact your IT team to whitelist the following domains:

store.katalon.com
update.katalon.com
analytics.katalon.com
testops.katalon.com
admin.katalon.com
katalon-test.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com
