Katalon Certification - Data or Progress Not getting updated or not reflecting in Certification Tracker or progress

Hello Team,

I have started creating and executing test cases in Katalon Studio in order to progress and achieve the Professional and Practitioner Level Certifications. However, I am able to see that the Certifications Dashboard or the tracker in Katalon Academy is not reflecting the execution statuses, although I have executed around 18 Test Cases. Could anyone please review the data and help me so that the progress status reflects or gets updated accurately helping me to achieve the Certifications?
