Just 3 days ago, I downloaded Katalon Studio (Free edition) and started using it. I was able to do create some tests but today when I tried to run Katalon for my testing, it can no longer start but this message kept showing “This account has been blocked” at Activation dialog even after i have verified my account. Kindly please assist as I need to perform some testings for the project and it is very urgent!
Is there any solution for this issue? Can I register with the same email address if I were to delete my current account?
No, it shows that the same message that my account is still blocked.
