How I can submit a support ticket

Hi
Now I can’t link or create defect with Jira on TestOps
I got this message
Cannot link Jira issue AUTO-3188 to test result 211303574. Please try again.
even I tried to connect configuration with Jira on Testops.
The connection is success. but I still can’t link, create defect.

so I was going to submit a support ticket but I can’t find it.
when I click that button as submit a support ticket, it moved to katalon help Web page.
but there is no way to create ticket. there is on Q&A. I can’t ask anything
please let me know How I can do that
