Just go to the Katalon store and then the manage options. Can generate an API through there.

I am under corporate network, so i configured in the Settings the proxy im using and saved it and tried reloading the plugins again.

I am getting a similar issue with Applitools plugin.
When i try to reload the plugin it gives the error below. I am using Katalon version 6.2.1.
My co-worker using the previous version was able to reload plugin but it never appeared under Project->Settings->Plugins.

We’ve just fixed the issue regarding plugin types. Please try reload plugins again and check whether the plugin appears in Project Setting.

I am trying to install Microsoft teams plugins but after installation , Reload plugin is not working, Asking for username and password but after entering correct details still shows authentication failed
I am also facing same issue while reloading Basic report plugin, how did you fix it? Can you share the details?
I am able to install the pulgins and while reloading i am getting below error message.I am using 6.3.2.
'Failed to Authenticate.Please check the error logs".

I did same but still getting same error while clicking on reload plugins. Also After delete “com.kms.katalon.prefs” file it is come again. Please let me know what can I do to resolve this. Thanks in adv.
I tried the below method, it worked for me.
- C Drive>Users>current_user>.katalon>application.properties
- Delete the file - application.properties
- Re-launch Katalon Studio, login using the credentials, and reload the project.
After following these steps, I restarted Katalon and reloaded the plugins the issue was solved for me.
