Error "Please make sure your credentials are valid."

Hi Team,

I am trying to login to Katalon Studio (ver 8.6.5) but getting below validation as " Please make sure your credentials are valid"
After resetting my password but still getting same error.

Can you please check what could be the reason?

Hi @Dave_Evers,
I am getting this error and I don’t know how to go about it.
I have a Katalon test suite setup and it runs great in the UI and from the CLI on the machine where I have Katalon studio installed.
I have Jenkins CI server running in a docker container, and setuped a job to run my test suite on that Jenkins server.
But when running the test suite through Jenkins, it starts Katalon and asks for username and password.
Even though I entered it correctly, it still shows the error.

I have double checked internally and found that this is an issue of our license. I really apologize for this inconvenience and our product team has updated that they have fixed it since Jul 4. Can you please help to test? Thank you!

Hi,

Can you please ask your IT Helpdesk whitelist Katalon domain as following: Network security errors | Katalon Docs? This seems like when you’re sending request, your network blocked Katalon domains. Hope this can help
