Error in Katalon studio

Hi,

We are facing an exception in Katalon Studio as follows:

“Your session will be terminated: Invalid license”
Katalon studio will close automatically in 5 min after you acknowledge.

Please advise how to fix the same.

I have updated the plugin drivers and also upgrade the katalon studio to the latest version.

But still every 5 min my session is terminated.

You can verify from your end directly. The current available AMI from AWS market place does not work for Katalon.

We already have AWS subscription for Katalon and we do not have any option for on-premise license. What do you mean by discontinue our offering? You dont have support for AWS Katalon or you removed the AMI for Katalon from AWS? Please reply urgently.
