My team and I have been using Katalon for a year. Since the beginning, we have had repeated disconnection problems. The message is always the same:
This session has been terminated: Invalid license.
After contacting Katalon support, and trying the proposed solution (changing license type ), we still have the same problem.
This has the effect of impacting our productivity (logout in the middle of a test run, app logout without saving, disconnection of other users when we reconnect).
Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, have you found a solution?
This will save me from changing tools and switching to an opensource one.
