How to resolve this message v9.4 KSE trial and build 212 "The session has been terminated: Invalid License. You will be automatically logged out in 5 minutes after clicking Acknowledge"

Few days ago, I downloaded KSE 9.4, build 212, for evaluating for our project.
For using command line option, I also downloaded the KS Runtime Engine, when I run the command

katalonc -noSplash -runMode=console -projectPath="C:\Users\a-venutalapat\Katalon Studio\WheatlandProject\WheatlandProject.prj" -retry=0 -testSuitePath="Test Suites/Wheatland/CreateOrderTestSuite" -browserType="Chrome" -executionProfile="default" -apiKey="247ea652-e44f-4ee9-bb98-bfe8eb8134ab" --config -proxy.auth.option=NO_PROXY -proxy.system.option=NO_PROXY -proxy.system.applyToDesiredCapabilities=true -webui.autoUpdateDrivers=true

As expected, it is opening the test suite, but I am getting this message pop up

What is going on ? Why this is happening and how to resolve this ? I have a demo scheduled for adopting the Katalon Studio in a few days.

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your topic. Please note that it may take a little while before a member of our community or from Katalon team responds to you.

Thanks!

Hi,

Have you ever logged in KS before March?

Try logging out of Katalon then log back in.

It seems ,your login is being used by another place, so Do as suggested by @Dave_Evers OR don’t click to Acknowledge (click to X to close this popup).

Thanks @atul.rai !
I will try doing that and will let you know.

No. I started my evaluation only in April 2024. How does it has any bearing on this problem ? I am confused

Hi,

You can find the reasons causing this termination over here: https://docs.katalon.com/katalon-platform/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-common-administrative-issues/session-termination-causes#ariaid-title1. I found that this popup is our session expiry notification. Everyone is receiving this notification with certain action so just click on Acknowledge and wait for 5 min and log into the tool again. Sorry for the previous confusion.
