I want to make sure if this bug or not.
because when I rename the subfolder on the object repository, the object on the test case is not updated or detected. so, when I ran the test case it definitely showed an error

I am not a member of Katalon team.
Possibly it is a bug of Katalon Studio. In fact, it has more bugs about renaming folders. You can search this forums with keyword “rename folder”, then you would find a lot of posts.
I do not think Katalon could provide an immediate fix for this issue you posted.
What can you do now for your safety? It is to start using the version control system Git to keep your project backed up as often as possible. Making use of git is the only way for you to salvage your project when a Katalon’s bug breaks it next time.

Hi @cyntiaverolita, as Kaz said you should start using Git, see the following link: if you’re not using a remote repository you can start with “Publish a local non-Git project as a Git repository”
