Proxy in Katalon preferences is set to “Use system Proxy…”. And the system proxy is set to “QA” but when recording with either Firefox or Chrome it doesn’t capture the objects. But if we set the system proxy to “none” then it works but we don’t want to do anything in production. This is getting very frustrated and I followed the same steps others are doing and it works for them but not me. We checked everything that we could think of …can someone please help us as soon as possible. I need to sign off on using this product for our automation tool … love your product
