Cannot connect to web service for SOAP Request

Hello,

I tried with Katalon 5.4.2 and 5.6.0.

When I created a new Web Request in the Object Repository and I set a .wsdl or .asmx URL and I try to " Load from WSDL " I have an error pop up " Cannot connect to web service ".

I tried a lot of proxy settings, etc, nothing works.

When I try to query the same URL in SoapUI or JMeter it works perfectly.

Someone has an idea on how to manage this ?

Perfectly working with the browser / SoapUI / Neoload / JMeter but no Katalon.

To be more precise it’s working from my own PC but not from the one of my company.

So it looks like an issue of connectivities and permission on the machine at company, since it normally have more security settings. Could you attach the log file here? it would be helpful to see which connection is failed.

How can I display this sort of technical logs ?

I checked with ma support team with Wireshark, the network doesn’t block what Katalon sends and receives.
