Basic Report is active but pluggin stopped working.

Good night, I use Basic Report Free to generate HTML and POS reports for more than 4 months, the export report button stopped showing. I already reloaded the pluggins, activated and deactivated the user and nothing made it work again. Can you help me with the problem?

@ThanhTo I happened to find the cause of the problem: jMeter plugin and Basic Report plugin are not installed in my KS 7.8.2. Basic Report plugin’s change log shows that the plugin has “Max KS Version” to be 7.6.10.
