How do I find the log view?
In Katalon Studio, you can find the Log Viewer at the bottom of the screen after running a test. Here’s how:
- Run your test suite or test case.
- At the bottom panel, click the “Log Viewer” tab (it appears automatically when a test runs).
- You can also go to View > Log Viewer from the top menu.
- Look for the “All” or “Failed” tab within the Log Viewer to filter for errors.
- Share a screenshot or copy the relevant error lines, especially anything mentioning “Authentication failed.”
What OS and Katalon Studio version are you using?

Ver 11.2.1 - Copilot
This is defect in Katalon.
You need to close your Katalon Studio and open again you will be logged in.
I also observed this, this happens when you are logged out and try to re login in the same session.
@nghi.phan can I start a conversation in Bug Report for this bug or this will be taken care in this thread itself.
restart your pc and it will be fixed!
