Not able to login to Katalon studio

Hi Team,

I am trying to login to Katalon Studio but getting below validation as " Please make sure your credentials are valid"
Also tried after resetting my password but still getting same error.
But able to log in to, using same credentials
Could you please suggest some solution. Please refer the attached snapshot

Suggestion 1: Reset your password and try logging into the account on

Suggestion 2:

If you’re using internal network, first try to access using your 3g/4g data to see if it work

If it works, then the issue from the internal network. Could you please whitelist the following domains:

You can try using another server URL from the above list to activate your account.

Suggestion 3:
If your network are using proxy, you need to configure the proxy please follow this document to Configure Proxy for Authentication.

First check your proxy system by go to Start Menu → Proxy

Then go to Katalon, add these settings under Configure Authentication Proxy

Make sure to select Manual Proxy
