Authentication error logging into Katalon. Steps taken were as follows:
In Katalon studio Activation window which appears when logging into Katalon
Enter Email, Password
Click Activate button
error ‘Please make sure your credentials are valid’
Tried resetting the password
Still can’t login
Not able to log a support ticket.
Tried sending email to support@katalon.com

Your log file should be in your KS folder, for example: C:\Katalon_Studio_Windows_64-8.4.0\config.metadata\
