Unable to Log in from Browser

At 2025-10-21 06:59:32.336 +900, I tried to log in into Katalon Studio v10.3.2 Free from browser, and got an error

The message said “The API response is null or does not contain the expected content.”

I clicked the link to Troubleshoot which does not cover this error message. This suggests that the server of Katalon is in trouble.

Dear Mr Kazu,

We’re experiencing an authentication outage caused by issues at our hosting provider. Sign-in requests to Katalon products may time out or fail, resulting in degraded service.

Impact

  • Users may be unable to sign in or stay signed in
  • New sessions and password resets are likely to fail
  • API/CLI flows that require fresh authentication may not start

What we’re doing
We’re actively working with the provider and exploring mitigation paths to restore authentication as quickly as possible.

its AWS US East 1 that has the DNS issue and it has affected almost everybody.

Its not fully fixed as of now
