What are all the required hosts/domains to whitelist for Katalon Studio Enterprise behind a corporate firewall?

Hi Katalon Community,

Our company’s remote servers are subject to strict firewall policies that block all outbound internet access by default. To use Katalon Studio Enterprise on these servers, we need to submit a formal request to our IT/network team to whitelist specific hosts.

Could anyone help clarify which hostnames/domains Katalon Studio Enterprise requires network access to? This would include (but may not be limited to):

  • License activation & validation servers

  • Plugin / package download endpoints

  • TestOps / analytics reporting

  • Katalon update servers

  • Any other runtime dependencies (e.g., ChromeDriver CDN, Gradle repos, etc.)

Is there an official Katalon documentation page that lists all required network endpoints? I searched the docs but couldn’t find a comprehensive whitelist reference.

Our environment:

  • Katalon Studio Enterprise (latest)

  • Windows Server (restricted outbound firewall)

  • No direct internet access — all external traffic requires explicit firewall rule approval
