in the organization we want to start POC for Katalon Studio, but we have a problem with activating the free version of Katalon Studio. In the proxy configuration settings, we have already exhausted all options, including manual proxy configuration, and we still receive the message “Cannot connect to Catalon TestOps server. Please check your Internet connection and try again. ”
We contacted the IT team that allowed us domains (the entire domain * .katalon.com + two more):
- expMatchNative (url, “: // ( . |) katalon.com”) ||
- expMatchNative (url, “: // ( . |) testops.katalon.io”) ||
- expMatchNative (url, “: // ( . |) katalon-test.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com”) ||
Are there any other domains that the IT team should allow please?
