Suppose you want to make any new documentation request, fix up, or missing things in the current Katalon documentation. In that case, you can submit a topic under Feedback & Reviews: Documentation to inform our Technical Writing team of the issue.
Be sure to follow the topic template so that your request can be quickly resolved by our team!
After you submit the post for your documentation request, Katalon’s Community Team will bring this topic up to the Technical Writing Team and hand this issue over to them to be investigated so they can double-check and decide whether to submit a ticket about the request.
The technical writing team will keep track of the documentation request posts/tickets and have their team’s representative inform the original user who made the post about their updates and questions regarding any concerns.

If you need to make a bug report in which there is a problem related to the platform being unable to run properly or if you face any other issues that affect your workflow, you can submit a topic under Feedback & Reviews: Bugs Report and mention the things you would want the Katalon team to check.

After you submit the post for your bug report, Katalon’s Community Team will assign your topic to the relevant personnel within our Product Teams to be investigated.
The Product Team will keep track of bug reports. The Product Team will have a representative summarizing the whole investigation outcomes and communicate and ask more questions to the users to make the investigation more transparent.
Suppose you wants to see new features being added to Katalon Products like Katalon Studio or Katalon Recorder. You can submit a feature request under Feedback & Reviews: Feature Requests and include a detailed description of the feature that you want to see, the reason, and the product.

Like the bug report, Katalon’s Community Team will assign your topic to a relevant personnel within our Product Teams to examine and discuss their plan and whether this feature will be in implemented.
