Web Spy and record is not working for chrome and firefox

Hi Team,

I am consistently facing this issue. I am not able to locate any element using web spy. If I use chrome for web spy, its crashing and for firefox, it not locating elements, its not even highlighting any element to capture.
Issue is seen with 5.4.2 version and 5.6.3 version as well
Chrome version 58 and firefox version is 52.9

Please help!

Refer to this link http://forum.katalon.com/discussion/4405/how-to-log-issues-bugs-effectively#latest to provide us with the necessary information. If you can then it’s ideal to also record your process by any sort of screen recorder as it will provide us with more cues as to what is happening.
