Hello, I am trying to use web recorder option on ‘Katalon_Studio_Windows_64-8.4.1’ version, and when I start the ‘Record’ option using chrome browser, URL doesn’t load even after 5 minutes and If I try to kill the chrome window, Katakon studio will crash. Please take a look at it. This is happening only with URL - “https://www.choicehotels.com/”
Given it’s only that URL that’s slow, it’s more of a problem from the website itself being slow to retrieve the page from the server.
URL is working as expected with regular frameworks like selenium, protractor and cypress without any issues. I started POC on Katalon studios and If I have hiccups, how can I buy enterprise edition 
You can check the video when we tried to recreate your problem. After recording the objects from the URL, we re-open the page from the URL on a normal browser, and it starts to freeze.
